Document Description
The Applicant is proposing a combined habitat restoration and hydromodification improvement project within Buena Vista Park. The Buena Vista Park is owned by the City of Vista and managed by the City of Vista Parks and Recreation Department. The Project will establish, restore, and enhance up to 6.53 acres of habitat consisting of wetland, oak riparian, and streambed habitat. In addition, the Project will restore and enhance up to 4.36 acres of upland buffer habitat consisting of coastal sage scrub, coast live oak woodland, and native grassland.
