Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed an amendment to Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2017-0270-R4, issued to Pacific Gas and Electric Company. The Project includes maintenance activities to repair and reinforce erosional damage upstream of the existing culverts within Willow Creek to improve the long-term stability and condition of the access road to the Cayucos- Cambria 70kV transmission line. The Agreement is amended to change the avoidance and minimization measures for the California red-legged frog to allow for the capture, handling, relocation, and monitoring activities as allowed by Biological Opinion 08EVEN00-2018-F-0327.
