Four locations on State Route 20 between PM 25.60 and 32.32 were identified to have higher-than-expected traffic delays or collision rates due to slow-moving vehicles or left-turn movements. The purpose of this project is to make operational improvements which will reduce traffic delays and collisions on State Route 20 between PM 25.60 and 32.32. The project would benefit the general public.
