Document Description
Development of a 3.54-acre assisted living and memory care facility on a 4.69 acre site. The facility includes 107 suites for senior care, 75 suites for senior assisted living care, and 32 suites for senior memory care, landscaping, and 40,260 square feet of parking. Existing tributary flows will be conveyed to an existing 72-inch concrete Storm Drain Inlet from a Dedicated Open Space area and will traverse the site underground by extending the concrete box culvert approximately 450 feet.
