Document Description
Under the proposed water exchange, DWR will deliver up to 7,164 acre-feet of SCWA’s approved 2020 State Water Project (SWP) Table A water to DRWD by December 31, 2020. In exchange, DRWD will return to SCWA, based on an unbalance exchange ratio of 4:1, up to 1,791 acre-feet of its future approved SWP Table A water. That is, for every 4 acre-feet of SCWA’s 2020 Table A water delivered to DRWD, 1 acre-foot will be returned by DRWD to SCWA by December 31, 2030.
