Document Description
The proposed Pacific Coast Commons Specific Plan (Project) includes approximately 6.23 acres (post-street dedication) of developed property located along Pacific Coast Highway. In addition to a new Specific Plan designation, the Project would demolish existing structures and surface parking lots of the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott and Aloft Hotel, and would allow for the development of 263 new housing units, approx. 11,250 square feet of new commercial/retail uses, and associated parking.
