This is an installation of a solar energy system at an existing parking lot. This does not involve associated equipment that would occupy more than 500 square feet of ground surface. It is not located on the site that contains protected plants, does not require removal of any protected trees over 25 years old and does not require any permits for associated equipment specified in Section 21080.35(d).
