This project is for the rehabilitation of the Avila Pier and its landing. The rehabilitation includes the repair or replacement of approximately 50 of 700 piles, decking, pile caps, stringers, hardware, and damaged portions of the landing. Repairs will not exceed the footprint of the existing pier.
