construct and expand the existing boat yard to the south. The southeasterly vegetation will be removed and chipped on site. The sycamore on the southwest corner of current yard is to be saved and limbed for fencing. Total disturbed area is less than 0.5 Acres. Up to 1500 CY of imported material will be needed to level the area.
