Addendum 2 to the 2021 FEIR includes a site redesign to allow for use of nanofiltration. The nanofiltration process would take the place of wastewater treatment using RO; the 2021 FEIR analyzed utilization of RO, which is no longer desired by the District. New structures would be added, and demolition activities would result in clearance of the decommissioned wastewater treatment plant.
