LADWP will install a secondary LADWP-owned flow meter along the existing MWD LA-35 service connection to ensure the accuracy in meter reading and billing of supply data on its largest and most commonly used connection with Metropolitan Water District. The MWD LA-35 New Flow Meter Project will improve the accuracy and reliability of water supply volume, which has the largest impact on the accuracy of annual water loss audit.
