Reasons for Exemption
The project has been determined to be exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under a Statutory Exemption pursuant to Public Resources Code Section 21083.3 and State CEQA Guidelines Section 15183 (Projects Consistent with General Plan, Community Plan or Zoning) and Categorical Exemption 15332 (Class 32-Infill Development Projects).
