Document Description
Grant of Easement by California Department of Parks and Recreation to PG&E to facilitate construction and future operation of the PG&E Transmission Pipeline L-114 both during and after PG&E’s Replacement Project. PG&E w ill acquire a 30-foot-wide by 2,000-foot-long easement to allow placement of a 24-inch-diameter natural gas transmission pipeline. The existing 22-inch transmission line would be retired in place by cutting and capping and slurry-filling the line, and PG&E will quit claim their 2,160-foot-long by 15- to 22.5-foot-wide easement along the retired segment. The new easement would grant PG&E the rights to install, operate, and maintain the new pipeline.
