The temporary test wells and geotechnical borings are to collect information for a planning study. The merger would not change land use/density. Project would not cause a serious or major disturbance or impact an environmental resource of hazardous or critical concern. After the installation of test wells and geotechnical borings all disturbed areas will be restored to pre-project conditions. No exceptions to exemptions apply.
