The purpose of this project is to improve safety for motorists traveling on State Route 20. The project is needed to reduce severity of collisions. Local residences have requested safety improvement through this section of highway. The project proposes to install Soldier Pile Wall and Midwest Guardrail System along eastbound lanes of State Route 20.
