Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0427-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Brad Foulk. The Project is limited to the construction of a residential driveway over the intermittent unnamed tributary to Sweany Creek. An approximately 65-foot long, 81-inch wide by 59-inch tall, corrugated metal pipe-arch with mitered upstream end will be placed in the creek. An approximately 120-foot long V-ditch, lined with rock from on-site, will be constructed southwest of the culvert to direct overland storm flow into the unnamed tributary. The project will plant 15 valley oak saplings on-site.
