Document Description
The Murrieta Valley Unified School District (MVUSD) intends to modify the existing Murrieta Canyon Academy (MCA) located at 24150 Hayes Avenue, Murrieta (see attached vicinity graphic). The proposed Project includes the construction of a new campus with permanent classrooms and administrative offices, an associated parking lot, and other site improvements, to replace an existing campus of portable classrooms. The proposed buildings are designed as single and two-story structures. The proposed Project will increase current enrollment capacity from 234 students to 594 students.
