The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board’s Clean Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program is financing the Project referred to internally as Grayson Wastewater Treatment Plant Screening Project. The Project includes the replacement of a manual screen with a mechanical screen at the headworks of the Grayson Wastewater Treatment Plant and will provide electrical power to the screen control panel.
