Document Description
Install a fence around Residence #2 in McArthur Burney Falls Memorial State Park to improve the security and safety of the residence's tenants and to provide a larger area for safe outdoor recreation. The fence would begin at the southwest corner of Residence #2 and stretch approx. 75' to the southwest, turn and then run approx. 60' north and turn again and run approx. 75', terminating at the center of the garage. Work will: • Use hand tools to excavate up to twenty (26) 12" x 24" deep holes (placed 8' on center); • In each hole, place one (1) 4"x6" pressure treated douglas fir post and backfill with excavated soil to secure; • Attach two (2) pressure treated 2"X4" between the vertical posts; • Install 1" x 6" x 60" dog-eared cedar planking to the horizontal 2" x 4"s; and • Install an 8' wide powder coated, 2"X4" welded wire mesh, tubing gate, on the southwest corner of the residence to allow access to the fenced in area.
