New treated effluent subsurface percolation field , approx. 2 acres, constructed west of the Eel River adjacent to the City of Fortuna, to pipe treated effluent from the existing WWTP through a directionally-drilled pipeline under the Eel River to the new percolation field to increase hydrologic separation of effluent from the Eel River; and new pump station & piping at the existing WWTP.
