Document Description
The proposed project is the creation of 22.48 acres of wetland credits for a compensatory mitigation bank through re-establishment of 7.74 acres and enhancement of 14.74 acres of seasonal wetlands and reconnection of a historic floodplain along San Antonio Creek and Corda Creek. The proposed project will occur on a 121-acre parcel of land that is currently grazed agricultural lands, containing a mix of native and non-native species and a network of dirt ranch roads.
