Document Description
The Project includes the development of 0.4 acres of previously undeveloped land into a cannabis cultivation and manufacturing facility. The Project will result in impacts to 0.4 acres of desert tortoise (Gopherus agassizii) and Mohave ground squirrel (Spermophilus mohavensis) habitat; the Project will permanently remove 0.4 acres of desert tortoise and Mohave ground squirrel habitat. The project is expected to result in incidental take of desert tortoise and Mohave ground squirrel, which are designated as threatened species under the California Endangered Species Act. Minor Amendment No. 1 changes the Permittee name to correctly reflect the business designation of the Permittee.
