Document Description
The proposed project is only limited to include the removal of architectural barriers related to the path of travel in common areas within the OB Buildings 8 and 9. Several items have been identified as non-compliant with the 2019 California Building Code or the 2010 Americans with Disabilities Act standards. These items include the removal of the designated accessible parking, entrance door landing, door operating force and hardware, door clearances, automatic doors, drinking fountains, restroom clearances, accessory mounting heights, protruding objects, lavatory heights and pipe protection, showers and locker rooms, and signage.
