Document Description
The proposed project is only limited to include the removal of architectural barriers to common areas within the Attorney General building, in accordance to the California Building Code section 11 B-202.4, Exception 4. Several items have been identified as non-compliant with the 2016 CBC or 2010 ADA standards and correction of the items is included as part of the project scope. These items include the removal of existing public and employee toilets within several building levels, the removal and installation of accessible public and employee drinking fountains within several building levels, the removal and replacement of existing signage at several locations, and the removal of transaction counters on a few building levels.
