Document Description
Bighorn-Desert View Water Agency owns, operates, and maintains a water well, storage, and pumping site, "site", comprised of adjacent parcels (APNs 0630-021-66 and 0630-021-50), both of which are owned by Bighorn Desert View Water Agency. The project involves the destruction of one existing drinking water well (Well No. GM-2) on APN 0630-021-66 and the drilling of one replacement drinking water well on and adjacent parcel (APN 0630-021-50). Proposed well will supply drinking water to the greater Landers community, served by Bighorn Desert View Water Agency, at a capacity comparable to the existing well. The purpose of the project is to maintain adequate water supply to the customers of Bighorn Desert View Water Agency. The beneficiaries of the project are the residents and customers of Bighorn Desert View Water Agency.
