Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has amended the Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-MOO-27207-R6), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, California Department of Transportation, District 9. The amendment includes water diversion at four locations in the event that work in dry conditions is not feasible during the culvert replacement activities listed in the original agreement. This amendment will stay within the original project’s temporary impact area of 0.05 acres of Fish and Game section 1602 resources.
