The Project will occur where State Route 41 crosses the Kings River southwest of the community of Stratford in Kings County. Project-related activities will occur near latitude 36.180131 / longitude -119.834626 in the east half of Section 19, Township 20 South, Range 20 East, Mount Diablo Baseline and Meridian (MDB&M). The Project Area can be located on the Stratford, California 7.5-minute quadrangle United States Geological Survey (USGS) topographic map.
