Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes a project along State Route (SR) 36 in Humboldt County between Post Mile (PM) 0.1 to PM 1.65. Work will include construction of two 12 ft. wide lanes and 8 ft. shoulders (5 ft. paved & 3 ft. unpaved), install center-line rumble strips, and place rubberized hot mix asphalt throughout. The project includes a grade reduction on two short vertical curves to improve sight distance as well.
