The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement No. EPIMS-INY-41206-R6 pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, the California Department of Transportation District 9. The project will temporarily impact 0.04 acres of Fish and Game section 1602 resources and permanently impact two common ash trees. The project consists of improving the road infrastructure from PM 117.35 to PM 117.83, including building new sidewalks and bicycle lanes. The building of the new sidewalks and bicycle lanes will require a series of water diversions, culvert replacements, and relocation of Matlick Ditch.
