Caltrans has selected an alternative to widen the US 395 facility in the project limits to construct ADA-compliant sidewalks and allow on-street parking on the southbound side of the highway. The selected alternative minimizes right-of-way acquisitions while allowing for pedestrian and cyclist accessibility throughout the corridor.
