Document Description
The California Department of Transportation proposes a project to remediate a barrier to anadromous fish species. The left barrel will be converted into a specified low flow channel by installing a low flow sill/ boulder weir on the concrete apron at the inlet of the culvert that focuses most flow into the low flow barrel.
