Document Description
The project comprises building and operating telecommunication fiber optic cables on land (under the City of Grover Beach) and s-to 6-inch diameter landing pipes exiting at about 3,600 feet onto the ocean floor. The project requires a CDPR entry permit authorizing the applicant to build and operate telecommunication infrastructure ',vithin and offshore of the Fin's Restaurant parking lot on Pismo State Beach property. Phase 1 would start in 2020 to build the infrastructure needed to bring up to four cables into Grover Beach.
