Document Description
The project consists of removing damaged portion of a wall, ceramic tile, and gypsum board in leased space by DOJ food service kitchen. Also, the project includes plumbing repair, gypsum board replacement, FRP and ceramic tile installation, and reinstallation of kitchen equipment. Repairs are necessary due to water damage from a plumbing leak inside the wall. Additionally, DOR will replace the burned electrical outlet near the stove and a timed light switch in the dish washing area. The work is necessary to accommodate a new vendor in the leased space.
