Document Description
The purpose of the Project is to construct a new recreational pier at the subject property on Donner Lake. The pier will include steel driven piles for support and steel members for framing with a top deck constructed of wood or synthetic material. The pier will be constructed by driving piles into the lakebed and the framing and decking constructed by hand atop the steel driven piles. Construction equipment will be limited to barge-mounted equipment for pile driving activities. No water will be diverted or drafted for the project. No changes to slope or surfacing of the site will result from the project.
