Document Description
Project consists of the sale and assignment of 870 square feet of restoration credit, from Conservancyowned land to a receiving parcel. The assignment will satisfy Tahoe Regional Planning Agency permit requirements for non-permitted coverage for the following existing structures: deck entry expansion, driveway reconfiguration, utility pads, and access stairs. The assignment enables the receiving landowner to carry out the project without any net increase in the amount of existing land coverage in restoration credit within the Lake Tahoe Basin.
