This project ls exempt under 15301(h) because identifying and removing noxious weeds will help maintain existing native landscapes and growth. Under 15304. the project will consist of only minor alteration of land vegetation and condition vial hand and hand tool removal of removal of noxious weeds. Under 15306, the project Will collect data for GPS location, mapping, and identification of noxious weed species. Under 15307 & 15308 the project ~Ill take action to help protect the native environment from overgrowth of noxious weed species via hand tool removal or land owner notification.
