The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-TUL-18582-R4), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, City of Woodlake (referred to as Permittee). The Project includes the construction of a new 17-acre stormwater basin within an unnamed tributary to Saint John’s Creek. Activities will include the installation of an overflow structure to Little Bravo Lake, a northern outfall structure, and leveling of an existing ditch to create a new stormwater basin.
