Document Description
This project is an amendment to a 605-unit, 3 building residential project approved in November 2022, which included certification of an EIR. The modified project would demolish 161 existing residential units to construct 550 new residential units within two 8-story buildings with a total of 570 off-street parking spaces, approx. 5,000 sf of retail/community space, and a 1.5 million-gallon water tank. An Addendum has been prepared pursuant to Public Resources Code Section 21166 and CEQA Guidelines Sections 15162 and 15164, which demonstrates that based on substantial evidence in the record that the prior environmental analysis in the EIR adequately addresses the potential environmental effects of the modified project and supports a finding that the modified project would not raise any significant new issues or require additional analysis under CEQA.
