This project has been determined to qualify for a Statutory Exemption under CEQA Guidelines Section 15275(a) [PRC §21080(b)(l O)] since the project would support mass transit passenger rail operations conducted by the LOSSAN Rail Corridor Agency on a rail line already in use. The project would facilitate with service reliability and improved efficiency.
