Document Description
Install a dual EV charging station at Point Lobos State Natural Reserve to provide fleet vehicles a resource for charging their electric vehicles. Work will:
- Replace wire and circuits in existing 200 amp breaker panel and main meter;
- Excavate a total of 18" deep x 10" wide x 55' long trench to install new electrical conduit;
- Excavate 3' x 3' x 6" area and install concrete pad;
- Mount charging station dual pedestal using bolts; and
- Excavate two (2) 12" long x 12" wide x 24" deep holes to install two (2) bollards to protect the charging pedestal.

Project consists of the minor alteration of existing public structures or facilities involving negligible or no expansion of use beyond current levels, included as "Utility repairs or minor upgrades" in the Department of Parks and Recreation's list of exempt activities in accordance with CCR §15300.4; the replacement or reconstruction of existing structures and facilities where the new structure will be located on the same site as the structure replaced and will have substantially the same purpose and capacity as the structure replaces; the construction and location of limited numbers of new, small facilities or structures; and the minor public alterations in the condition of land which does not involve the removal of mature, scenic trees.
