Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is the Lead Agency for the Project. The State Water Board’s Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program is financing the Project. The Project includes replacement of 2828 meters within the Walnut Park Mutual Water Company service area. This will involve removing the meter box lid, disconnecting/cutting the old meter out and removing it, splicing the new meter in place, and closing the meter box lid. There will be no ground disturbing activity. The work will be performed by an estimated two work crews consisting of one or two laborers and one construction vehicle each, and is proposed to be completed within 160 working days.
