Reasons for Exemption
The new structure will be located on the same site as the structure replaced and will have substantially the same purpose and capacity as the structure replaced (Class 2) and reconstruction of historical resources in a manner consistent with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic with Guidelines for Rehabilitating, Restoring, and Reconstructing Historic Buildings (Class 31). Technical studies resource assessment delineation, and cultural resource assessment) have been developed in support of obtaining permits from state and federal environmental regulatory agencies.
