The purpose of this work is to control grassy and broad leaf annual and perennial weeds on the "EMMS property" owned by DWR. The EMMS property is characterized as a terrestrial uncultivated agriculture area. DWR will apply herbicides from a ground broadcast boom and till weeds under the soil.
