The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-1004-R4, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Tim Wendorff. The Project includes the rerouting of two streams into one channel around the current and future proposed cannabis cultivation facilities on site and construction of a stream crossing composed of cobble.
