The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and
Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number IMP-25739-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Consolidated Edison Development. The Project consists of activities associated with construction of the Westside Canal Battery Storage Project, a utility-scale energy storage complex. The Project is limited to activities which will occur during the first
phase, including construction of a clear-span County-specified bridge over Imperial Irrigation District’s (IID) Westside Main Canal, widening an existing culvert where an access road crosses the Fern Sidemain Canal, and construction of a new access road to the bridge from Liebert Road
