Document Description
Caltrans will protect the structural integrity of the roadway by replacing a deteriorating corrugated metal pipe (CMP) culvert that has surpassed its service life. In January of 2020, Caltrans personnel discovered that flowing water had undermined the culvert, and the outlet had partially rotted away.
