The proposed Project would increase resiliency of the Capitola Wharf (Wharf) and improve public safety by expanding a section of the Wharfs existing narrow trestle system and by completing necessary repairs. The Project would also provide improved public access with an expanded deck that reduces pedestrian and vehicular conflicts and by constructing two new restroom facilities for beach and Wharf users.
