Document Description
The proposed project would construct new laboratories and associated non-laboratory workspace in a new six-story structure with a partial plate basement. The building would be approximately 95 feet above grade at the northwest corner of the building. An existing connecting structure and footbridge between Latimer Hall and Lewis Hall, which are located within the proposed project's footprint, would be demolished and new connections to Latimer Hall and Lewis Hall are proposed. The project also includes landscaping, various hardscape, accessibility routes, accessibility parking, and the intersection of Gayley Road and University Drive would be reconstructed.
