Issue Right of Entry Permit to Spectrum Charter at Hatton Canyon Park Property and Point Lobos Ranch Property to conduct an underground bore off of Carmel Valley Road to an existing pole adjacent to the existing bike path. All work conducted in association with the Right of Entry will comply with all State and Federal environmental laws, including but not limited to the Endangered Species Act, California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), and Section 5024 of the Public Resources Code.
