Install 13 signs at entrance roads by excavation using hand tools to create concrete bases (8" width x 28" depth). The following work is necessary to maintain the integrity of the Thermalito Afterbay toe access roads along Highway 99, as unauthorized oversized and heavy-load vehicles have damaged the roads and shoulders.
